Double arm extension ab and back exercise

Muscles ; lower back and abs

Start in a seated position, with on your knees relaxed.

extended stretched fully above head, grasp foam handles with your hands, palms facing forwards.

When moving moving forward, use the ab muscles to make the movement, hold and pause then move back slowly.

This works the lower back muscles in the reverse movement.
