Liver toxicity is very common in today’s world. People always wonder ,what they eat ? and what are the right foods? but don’t get the results. The liver is the one of the body’s most important organs, it regulates what enters our body , what stays in our body and removes the bad toxins from the body.
Glycogen, protein, metabolism and cholesterol synthesis are part of the jobs the liver is responsible for.
Increase intake of the following items to combat liver toxicity; Spinach ,kale ,broccoli ,magnesium, zinc, Vitamin B or Organic Flax seeds.
You will just need an increase in two of these servings a day, remember to mix and match to get the best results.
