Fitness can increase serotonin levels in your body, serotonin is the feel good neurotransmitter that is synthesized, stored, and released by specific neurons in the brain.

High levels of serotonin can be helpful fighting depression, panic attacks, insomnia, obesity and anxiety.

When you exercise you use more of the creative area of the brain, this is why often if you can think properly go for a run and your answers will be more clear, more decisive and much more positive.

So increasing your fitness can make you feel better and help lose weight, the best forms of exercising are whole body high cardiovascular exercises, like running, rowing, cycling, walking and swimming.
