The body postures and movements are very important in breathing exercises, opening and helping the body’s energy channels flow can be a great benefit throughout life. for example a Simple method to do this is by opening the hands, the hand hold six main channels were energy begin, these include lung and large intestine channels which start at the thumb, heart channels that begin in the middle and little fingers.


Good postures can give you immediate and noticeable benefits, if you have a headache, cough, or cold hold both your hands above your head for five minutes, you should feel better, these postures work because raising your hands opens the lung channels, heart channels and your all important stomach channel. If you do posture exercises regularly then they will replenish your energy system and the bad symptoms will disappear.
