Recipe for plain savoury muffins
This is simple recipe that will make 10-12 muffins when followed, to make less just halve or quarter the recipe for less. You can add anything to the muffins to make them the way you want, onions, pine nuts, almonds, cream cheese, lemon, apricot etc.
This recipe is for pesto and sun-dried tomato
- 250g butter
- 6 g salt
- 35 milk powder
- 3 eggs
- 500g flour
- 25g baking powder
- 375 water
- 100 g grated cheese
- 20 g sun-dried tomato
- 20g pesto
Pre heat oven at level 176c 10-15 mins
cream butter, salt, milk powder together then add 3 eggs one at a time
add the cheese, tomato and pesto to the cream mix
then slowly mix the flour and baking powder, finally water add 100ml at a time until all is used.
Pop into oven for 12-15 minutes until cooked
