Apple and ginger jam
The idea for recipe was made with apples that needed to be used up, its simple and saves money and throwing good food away.
You don’t need any skills for this process, all you have to do is core the apples, easy just slice in half and then cut the middle core out, chop into pieces and place into a saucepan. Put on heat and add some sliced fresh ginger and lemon juice, water and sugar.
Cook for 30-40 mins until apples have disolved and blend
