You dont need a gym you need a reason

Global economical crisis is good for one thing, that one thing is fitness.

If you want to become positive and create the life you deserve fitness  and health will deliver.

Becoming fit is great, all it takes is a little motivation from yourself  and you can turn a bad situation into a good one.

Being fit has great benefits for yourself and people around you family, friends and your work enviroment,

Healthy, mind, body and soul will give you happiness and motivation.

So here’s the trick, If you put your mind to it, you can achieve anything!

If you want to stop smoking or even run a marathon, every goal can be reached with a little motivation and effort.

You should be focusing on more outdoor activities. If you have  kids they love the outdoors and they love being involved with activities it helps builds there confidence and keeps them fit too.

Remember save money and shed pounds is fitness, you don’t have to go every day, just follow the guidelines three times a week for 20-40 minutes.

Weather you like training, running, golf, tennis, cycling, walking, swimming or any other sport which focuses on cardio exercise will help you lose weight and get fit.

If your looking to save money parks are a great place to go, you should check out your local park to see what facilities they have. Look for benches, grass, steps, trees, lap posts, bars, fences these can all be used in outdoor fitness.
