Constipation is one of the biggest dietary problems we face as we grow older, more people are suffering from constipation today than ever before. Having a hard time or difficulty in passing stools is on the increase, and if constipation is not dealt with properly sometimes it can lead to hemorrhoids.

Breakfast is the most important meal to start your day, this recipe uses muesli to clear your body and feel fresh and healthy. Its important to have a  wheat free muesli and make sure it is packed with

  • Flax seeds
  • Sunflower seeds
  • Pumpkin Seeds
  • Barley
  • Rai
  • Jumbo oats
  • Nuts- any blanched
  • Dried fruit- raisins, dates, prunes etc.
  • Almonds sliced
  • 1/2 a grated apple

Place all these ingredients together, use a tbsp of each seeds, almonds, barley, nuts and dried fruit then add 8 tbsp of Jumbo oats mixed together and soak in milk or fruit juice for a minimum one hour.

Add 150g natural live Pro bionic Youghurt and your ready.
