Finally when you complete your weekly goals reward yourself, give yourself praise for all of what you’ve achieved each week.
Each week you should set yourself at least three goals to achieve, weather it would be not consuming alcohol on weekend days, or maybe walking to work twice a week. You don’t have to climb a mountain to deserve your reward.

Three times per week you should reward yourself with something, watch a new movie , go to a theatre play, eat at a restaurant, just enjoy life and reward you and others so great changes can happen to your body and soul.
