The best way to lose fat is by eating healthy and exercise regular, this day and age we look for fast methods to get results fast.

Calories controlled diets are painful, you can eat what you like all you need to do is reduce the size and eat at better times, most of our foods are carb packed and consumed late in the day.

The europeans dont suffer from the same raise in  obesity levels as the UK, have you ever thought why? Eating and drinking are the cause, not lack of exercise, most major countries eat large meals during the day which gives them time to burn the extra calories off later on.

Consuming large amount of calories before heading to bed is the major reason for obesity.

Resistance bands exercise can benefit you and me tremendously, as the training strengthens joints and increases muscle moblitly.

The best way to lose fat is to follow a training plan and cut down on big meals.
