Daily fluid intake
High consumption of fats, dairies and meats will have a high fat body intake throughout.

Most of the vitamins are held in green leafy vegetables like spinach also found in wheat germ, whole grains, fish and fruit.
Minerals can the deficiency in Magnesium, Iron and Selenuim, all are important as they each have an major role with in our body system.
