Increase intake of calories when starting a new training program, you need more energy. Depending on the type of program you’re starting cardio or muscular development you will need extra calories for extra energy.
When told ’’ intake more calories’’, this isn’t meant to increase fast fatty foods with an high Kcal count.
This means increasing foods that are good in nutrients and provide you with energy, vitamins and minerals you need.
