Stretching is a vital in any training program, its needed for toning and essential in strength training.

Stretching your muscles before, during and after exercise can prolong benefits to your bodies system.

Stretching helps by removing the waste products and replenishing the muscle with fresh nutrients.

Stretching will increase in muscle fibres in use, this will benefit you with more strength around joints and hinges.

Muscles can take up to 2 hours to recover and restore  normal length.
