Pre – competition meals are the most important, here is a list with the details that need to be followed.

  • No salt or spicy foods
  • Low protein
  • Low fat
  • Moderate fibre
  • Easy to digest
  • Low GI carbohydrates

You should always enjoy a good beverage such as 500 ml  water, 2 hours before the event
