Carrot and tarragon salad

Carrot and tarragon salad in 3 minutes

recipe serves 2  persons

  • 4 large carrots grated
  • 1 tsp tarragon
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 30g raisins soaked to make soft


  1. Soak the raisins in water for 2 hours then drain
  2. Place grated carrot in the bowl, add tarragon and vinegar then mix
  3. Place raisins in with salad a little salt and pepper and serve
