- 2 garlic cloves sliced
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 1 fresh chili chopped
- 2 spicy sausages skinned and shaped into balls
- 40g tomato puree
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion sliced
- 1 carrot grated
- 1 glass white wine 275 ml
Method
- Place pan on the boil hot salted water, wait until water has started boiling then add pasta 10 minutes check pasta packet for details
- Place frying pan on the medium heat add 1 tbsp olive oil and heat for 30 seconds
- Add garlic, chili and onions saute (lightly fry) for 1 minute then add sausages cook for 8 minutes keep on the move turning
- Then add oregano, tomato puree and white wine cook for a another 5 minutes keeping on the move
- Remove cooked pasta add remaining oil, place sauce on top and grated fresh carrot
You have options all the time you can always eat the meatballs without pasta, make a sandwich or even have with salad if your gluten free.
