Quick & easy meatballs


  • 2 garlic cloves sliced
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 1 fresh chili chopped
  • 2 spicy sausages skinned and shaped into balls
  • 40g tomato puree
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 1 carrot grated
  • 1 glass white wine 275 ml


  1. Place pan on the boil hot salted water, wait until water has started boiling then add pasta 10 minutes check pasta packet for details
  2. Place frying pan on the medium heat add 1 tbsp olive oil and heat for 30 seconds
  3. Add garlic, chili and onions saute (lightly fry) for 1 minute then add sausages cook for 8 minutes keep on the move turning
  4. Then add oregano, tomato puree and white wine cook for a another 5 minutes keeping on the move
  5. Remove cooked pasta add remaining oil, place sauce on top and grated fresh carrot

You have options all the time you can always eat the meatballs without pasta, make a sandwich or even have with salad if your gluten free.
