The recipe is Vegetarian, gluten free & wheat free and protein packed for muscle building.
Recipe serves 1 large 2 small sizes
- 10g Butter
- 1/2 Red onion finely sliced or Diced
- 1 Artichoke heart quartered & chopped
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 3 Eggs broken and mixed with pinch salt & pepper
- 30g Raclette or Gruyere strong cheese grated
- Hand a hand full flat leaf Parsley Chopped
Method
- Most important use a not stick pan
- Melt butter on large pan high heat , make sure not to burn fry artichokes & red onions together
- Shallow fry until soft, then add lemon juice, dissolve into vegetables takes 1 minute
- Add beaten eggs and stir into mix make sure cover all the pan bottom by lifting & circling 1-2 minutes
- Pre heat grill add cheese on top and grill for 3 minutes, remove from grill sprinkle with parsley and serve.
