Rich in Vitamin C and omega 3 this sauce is healthy and delicious.
Ingredients
3 anchovy fillets
1 tbsp capers
3 cloves garlic
1 hand fresh parsley
1/2 hand fresh mint
1 hand fresh basil
1 tbsp mild mustard
30 ml white wine vinegar
100ml extra virgin olive oil
Combined all ingredients into blender and mix for 2 minutes, once finished the sauce is ready. Salsa verde is awesome with fresh fish and poultry meats.
You can keep at room temperature days just make sure the olive oil covers the green herbs.
