The difference between ligaments and tendons?

Ligaments link bones around joints, where as tendons connect muscle to bone.

For example we have the Arm, Starts with the scapula, this is the shoulder blade.

Two tendons connects with the bicep, the ligaments are the muscles that bind around the elbow joint.

Some tendons are short and some are thick, such as the tendons in our hand and fingers are long and thin.

Tendons can injured often during sport, unlike ligaments tendons can only stretch a certain length and can injure easy.

The ligament is more flexible such like an elastic tissue that joints bones together to form joints.
