Vitamin E

Vitamin E is rich in antioxdant nutrient, that can  help fight and protect against bad disease such like cardiovascular disease.

It does this by reducing LDL low density lipoproteins, these lipoproteins are the dangerous and harmful cholesterol within our bodies. They enter the blood stream from high cholesterol fatty foods, vitamin E  plays the important role of breaking them down and disposing of them.

High traces of Vitamin E can be found in

  • green leaf vegetables
  • vegetable oils
  • nuts & seeds
  • wholegrain
