Servings :

Carbohydrates group 1 serving = 1 slice of bread, ½ cup cooked pasta/rice etc
Fruit Group 1 serving = ¾ of fruit juice , 1 apple, 2 clementines
Vegetable Group 1 serving = ½ cup of vegetables
Meat Group 1 serving = 1 egg, 2-3oz lean meat, fish, poultry, ½ cup legumes
Dairy Group 1serving =  1 cup of milk or yoghurt, 1 ½ oz cheese
Fats Group = No nutritional value as most are made from a mixture of items
