Reasons for Calcium

Calcium plays an important role in our bodies, helping us form osteoblasts. This helps build and maintain a good bone structure helping us remove old bone and build the new cells.

Helping bone marrow and fighting osteoporosis are some major jobs which calcium contributes to in our bodies, also is great for  our nails and teeth.
