How good folate?

Folate is commonly known as vitamin B, it is essential for DNA production, making of new cell and production of blood cells.

Folate is important to reducing the risk of neural tube defects (NDT’s), most of the food manufactures are now using folic acid as a substitute of folate, this is to reduce costs of production.

Check ingredients as low folate diet can lead to cardio vascular disease and can cause megaloblastic anemia.
