Post workout tips that help you relax

After any workout, whether swimming, running or weight lifting, try the  following  with quieten mind technique will help relax the body. Re connect with the correct atmosphere and place body and soul together.

Follow these pointers;

  • Lie down with legs out straight and hands by sides
  • close your eyes and gently place the tip of your tongue on the roof of your mouth.
  • For a couple of minutes concentrate on breathing, in through the nose and out through the mouth.
  • Inhale, become aware of the tension in the body from head to toe
  • Exhale, imagine the tension softening and release tension by breathe
