homemade granola & yogurt

Ingredients

  • 80g uncooked oatmeal
  • 2 tsp poppy seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp all spice
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 1 apple cored and finely chopped

Method

  1. Combine and evenly spread all ingredients on a rectangular nonstick shallow baking tray
  2. bake in 250 f oven for 45 minutes
  3. remove and allow to cool
  4. once cool add to fresh yogurt and serve with fresh berries
