Ingredients
- 80g uncooked oatmeal
- 2 tsp poppy seeds
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp all spice
- 1/4 tspsalt
- 1 apple cored and finely chopped
Method
- Combine and evenly spread all ingredients on a rectangular nonstick shallow baking tray
- bake in 250 f oven for 45 minutes
- remove and allow to cool
- once cool add to fresh yogurt and serve with fresh berries
