recipe should  be kept in cool area, fridge or cool room. Use when needed.


  • 800 g flour
  • 10 g dried yeast
  • 25 g salt
  • 500 ml warm water


  1. put all dry ingredients in mixer then add water
  2. mix for 15 minutes
