Almond cream frangipan

Recipe makes one litre of frangipan (almond cream)


  • 500g almond ground
  • 500g sugar
  • 500g butter
  • 100g flour
  • 12 eggs


  1. mix sugar, butter and almond ground together
  2. add flour and then add 12 eggs one per time
  3. mix until creamed together place in fridge and use when needed, mixture keeps for 1 month in fridge

Great to use with sweet pastry recipe to bake tarts, just add ingredients required. When cooking in molds small 180c for 14 mins.
