Almond cream frangipan
Recipe makes one litre of frangipan (almond cream)
- 500g almond ground
- 500g sugar
- 500g butter
- 100g flour
- 12 eggs
- mix sugar, butter and almond ground together
- add flour and then add 12 eggs one per time
- mix until creamed together place in fridge and use when needed, mixture keeps for 1 month in fridge
Great to use with sweet pastry recipe to bake tarts, just add ingredients required. When cooking in molds small 180c for 14 mins.
