Ingredients
- 500g butter
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 4 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
Method
- beat butter and sugar together then add eggs
- beat until white and fluffy
- add flour and baking powder
- place in fridge for 1 hour
- then roll out and cut into pastry shape required , fill and bake.
