How long the brain takes to process food

have you ever wondered how much food we can consume in one sitting? the average time it takes for the brain to process food  which have been consumed A takes 20-30 minutes,  it takes this time for the stomach to send the message to the brain to say capacity has been reached.

The best way is to eat is by consuming around 80% of food capacity, this will help relax and help us avoid eating to much, avoiding feeling bloated and stuffed. Feeling fresh and energetic.
