Walk out on bad addictions

Increasing exercise can help you beat those nasty addictions of smoking and drinking. Recent research from scientists at Brown University ,USA. show that working out is the way forward. Drinkers and smokers whom attended the gym three times a week doubled their chances of beating their addictions.

Scientists think that working out can help change the way we think permanently, this happens by the way the brain detects pleasures. As our thoughts change we will search for more natural highs, instead of in toxin our bodies with no nasty substances, like endorphin release which is gained from exercise, endorphins are one of the feel good pleasures released for our bodies that can help us stop and swap those nasty habits.
