Some greek food should be avoided

Try to find a low fat alternative taste is similar and  price, if you add fresh fruit and a little natural honey you can make a ideal morning breakfast.

Feta cheese very similar to the greek yoghurt, not in taste but as far as fat is concerned. Avoiding the full fat and finding the reduced fat goat’s feta is ideal for the waist line.
