Stress healed by laughter

Recent studies show that seeking out positive experiences that make us laugh can reduce our levels of stress.  Stress hormones can weaken the immune system, this means that sometimes laughter is the best medicine!

Researchers at University of California gathered two groups for the stress laughter test, they found that the average stress hormones of  16 males  was around 70%. The stress hormones adrenaline, dopac and cortisol fell by 32% after the laughter treatment was intoxicated.
