The recipe below is ideal serving for 2 people
- 1 Celery chopped
- 1 Apple cored and sliced
- 1 handful Grapes washed and sliced
- 10 Walnuts chopped
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- Salt and pepper
Prepare the vegetables. Make sure that you remove all the string from the celery, do this by using a vegetable peeler. First chop the end of the celery stalk, then peel the strings from the outer layer. Once all the string is removed, chop the celery evenly.
Place into a large mixing bowl, then add chopped apple, halved grapes, chopped walnuts and lemon juice. Mix well then add season, thyme and mayonnaise. Taste , then once happy serve.
