Mixed Salad with Honey Mustard Dressing

Mixed salad Iceberg Lettuce, tomato, spring onion and carrot.

  • 2  Tomatoes - sliced
  • 1/2 Iceberg Lettuce – shredded
  • 1 Carrot – grated
  • 2 Spring onions – sliced
  • Handful Parsley - fresh chopped
  • 1/4 cup Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp Honey
  • Salt and pepper pinch of each.
  • 1/4 Vegetable Oil
  1. First wash all vegetables ,then place lettuce in a bowl and toss together.
  2. Make dressing first add the mustard then lemon juice, honey and at the end stir in oil. Taste , then add salt and pepper , if the taste is too strong you can always add a little hot water.
  3. Serve separate..
