Ingredients
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 Garlic clove, minced
- 200g finely sliced boiled carrots
- Pinch fresh ground black pepper
- Pinch Oregano
Method
- Combined all ingredients and form marinade
- Add to cooked carrots and allow to stand for 1 day in a refrigerator
- Serve with a small pinch of thyme
