garlic marinated carrots


  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Garlic clove, minced
  • 200g finely sliced boiled carrots
  • Pinch fresh ground black pepper
  • Pinch Oregano



  1. Combined all ingredients and form marinade
  2. Add to cooked carrots and allow to stand for 1 day in a refrigerator
  3. Serve with a small pinch of thyme
