Garlic salad dressing

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon or vinegar
  • 1/2 crushed garlic clove
  • salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 1 pinch dried  oregano
  • 1 pinch dried  basil

Method

  1. whisk ingredients together
  2. add garlic and herbs
  3. taste check seasoning
  4. ready to serve
