Citrus baton carrots

500g Baton carrots

20g Butter

10g parsley

1 Orange

Method

  1. Peel carrots and chop into batons
  2. Place into hot pan of salted water with halved orange
  3. Cook on medium heat for 20 mins
  4. Drain and place butter onto carrots for nice glaze, finish with parsley.
