The recipe followed will make between 6-8 Pancakes
2 Free range eggs
1 cup of Organic milk
1/2 cup of Strong flour
1/2 cup Diet Protein Powder
Place the eggs, milk and protein powder into a jug and using a whisk beat well until the eggs are broken, then add the flour to the mix and beat further until the pancake batter is made.
Place a non-stick frying pan on medium heat. Allow pan to get hot before adding your mixture into the pan. Add a little oil into the frying pan to make sure that the mixture doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan.
The first pancake should be a tester, to make sure that the pan works well, also to test the mixture to see that it's the right thickness. If too light add a little flour, if too thick add a little water
Place a little oil in the pan, move the oil around the pan then add a little of the mixture (1/7) and do the same to cover the base of the pan. Cook on medium heat for 1-2 minutes, once a good colour is achieved, flip the pancake over cooking evenly on the other side.
