Four Egg Omelette Protein Breakfast Recipe - Fitness Health

Good four egg omelette, awesome protein breakfast ready for the challenges faced today. 

Simple recipe


1/2 cup mushrooms sliced
1/2cup of Tomatoes sliced
1/2 cup of onions sliced
4 free range eggs
1/2 cup grated cheddar

Using a non stick pan, add a drop of oil then
Place on the heat.


Crack the eggs into a bowl then stir and add salt and pepper

Add the ingredients Fry the vegetables until slightly brown, then add egg mixture to the pan.


Cook for 1 minute on medium heat then place under the grill for 4 minutes
