Pizza dough


  • 390g plain flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon caster sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 7g  dried active baking yeast
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 230ml warm water


Add water to the large mixing bowl, then add for all the dry ingredients on top of the water and then mix together and until dough is formed and bound together. 

Once dough is formed place to one side and cover bowl with clingfilm. Leave for 15 minutes then using flour roll the pizza dough out and cover with tomorrow purree and pizza toppings.

Cook in Pre heated oven at 220 degrees for 15-17 minute's. 



Remember you can always use small amounts of water to wetter the mixture or flour to dry the wetness up. If the dough is too sticky use flour to make it easier to work.
