Ingredients
Meatball
- 300g Minced Beef
- 2 tbsp Mixed Herbs
- 1 tbsp Tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp Mustard
- Pinch Salt and pepper
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup of oats
Mix together well then shape into small balls
Sauce
- 2 garlic cloves puree
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 fresh chili chopped
- 40g tomato puree
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion sliced
- 1 carrot grated
- 1 glass white wine 275 ml
Method
- Place frying pan on the medium heat add 1 tbsp olive oil and heat for 30 seconds
- Add garlic, chili and onions saute (lightly fry) for 1 minute then add meatballs cook for 8 minutes keep on the move turning
- Then add oregano, tomato puree and white wine cook for a another 5 mintues keeping on the move
- Remove cooked pasta add remaining oil, place sauce on top and grated fresh carrot
