- 1/4 Cup Teriyaki sauce
- 300g Fresh Tofu
- 2 Crushed Garlic cloves
- 1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
- Heat oil on medium heat in a large pan, add garlic when hot.
- Cook for 1 minute allowing garlic to infuse with oil, when turning light brown add the teriyaki sauce.
- Mix the sauce and garlic together then add the tofu. Cook for 3 minutes on both sides , remove and allow to cool.
