cheese scone recipe for 24 scones




  • 1,500 g Plain flour
  • 100g baking powder
  • 500g grated cheese
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp pepper


Mix together until light biscuit mixture reached , be careful not to over work mix then add

  • 1,600 cream
  1. mix together until everything just binds
  2. then place on to work top, press down and cut into squares 2 inches depth and 4 inches squared .
  3. place onto greased tray and place in oven
  4. 176c 2 mins( too achieve raise)
  5. then turn down and  place on 155c for 10 mins
  6. remove from oven and cool on tray
