Ingredients
1/4 cup plain natural yoghurt
3 tablespoons creamed horseradish
pinch salt
pinch pepper
3 tablespoons lemon juice
20 ml water
Method
Place the yoghurt into a bowl, add the lemon juice, horseradish and water, then whisk well adding a pinch of salt and pepper.
Once smooth texture is achieved and all the water has mixed through serve with the salad.
