Recipe this is a simple vegetable soup recipe will take you roughly 40 minutes to make

The ingredients 

two potatoes (peeled and chopped)

one large carrot (peeled and chopped)

one large parsnip (peeled and chopped)

a cup of frozen peas 

1 L vegetable stock

150 mL whole milk or soy milk 

Firstly prepare all vegetables, then fill the pan with 1 L of water place on the stove at high heat bring the water to boiling point, then add all the vegetables cook for 30 minutes until vegetables are soft. 

Reduce the heat add vegetable stock mix well cook for a further five minutes, once 5 minutes are reached then blend. Once all vegetables are blended place back in pan and add milk then season with salt and pepper to liking and then serve.
