Ingredients

1 Tablespoon Cream cheese
2 Tablespoons greek yoghurt
1 Tablespoon grated cheddar
1 Teaspoon chopped onion
1 Teaspoon thyme
1 Teaspoon garlic paste
Salt and pepper
Method

Mix ingredients together well, then hollow out the flat mushroom and Spoon in filling then place under grill on medium heat for 10 minutes

Be careful not to burn making sure the mushrooms aren't too close to the grill
Serve with salad
