Resistance Leg Kinetic Band Wall Sprints

Equipment required - kinetic leg bands
The wall sprint exercise helps increase fast twitch muscle fibres. When conducting these exercises it important to train with sudden shorts bursts of energy. Normally not lasting longer than 10 seconds.
 Kinetic Band Wall Sprints

1. Stand with your feet parallel facing forwards, shoulder width apart . Place hands on wall supporting upper body. 2. Place weight onto right leg then push forward your left knee to your chest then bring foot to floor repeat this on other leg with fast movement repeat this movement.
