Resistance Band Fly Chest Exercise Single arm using the FH Resistance band set. This video provides a basic chest exercise information for use with resistance bands. This exercise focuses on the pectoral muscles, standing with my feet shoulder width apart and keeping the back neutral throughout exercise. You can target the pectoral muscle with this exercise, you will notice that I place my hand on the muscle during the exercise. This helps me isolate the range of movement and stops my chest from using my bodyweight to pull the resistance, and purely relies on my chest muscle to do the work.
