KNEELING PRESS UP'S

1. laying parallel to the floor place hands on floor shoulder width apart. Keep your knees on the floor throughout the exercise. Form a straight line with your upper body, chest and neutral spine.

2. Lower your body towards the floor, maintain controlled movement bending from your elbows.
When you get 1-2 inches from floor straighten arms and return to starting position.1.
