KNEELING ROWS

1. With your hands stretched out in front of you, clasp the handles with an overhand grip, keeping your shoulders over your hips in a lunge kneeling position for balance.

2. Pull the handles toward your body, letting your elbows pass your body line while at shoulder height.

 

 Pull back on the band, bending your elbows as you do, bringing them back to your chest. Slowly return to the starting position.
